Steaming Into View

Her banshee wail pierces the air as she steams towards the make shift station. The bell starts to ring, you hear the chuff chuff of her mighty nozzle. You can't see her, but by the sounds produced, you get a good idea of the immense size. The Bell gets louder, the chuffs more distinct, and you see smoke not 100 feet from your spot. Then, in an instant, her pops sing their beautiful song. All sound is drowned out as the steam lifts high into the air. Then her pilot peaks out behind the tree in front of you, and she glides into view...
